I knew from a young age that the dental field was for me. I walked out of the orthodontist in the first grade with a mouth full of metal braces, just to have them twice more in my life. Recently, in December of 2023 I had orthognathic jaw surgery, so I am no stranger to the dental chair. I was never afraid of the dentist but always intrigued and interested in learning. I knew that this blend of science and art was a perfect fit for me.​

I grew up in agricultural village of 700 people in Illinois. In May of 2024 I married my high school sweetheart, Victoria. Growing up with a sense of community has ingrained in my wife and I, a longing to return to the small town life. We love the outdoors and traveling. Some of my hobbies include: motorcycles, dirtbikes, boating, kayaking, hiking, picnics, cooking, and visiting historic tours/sites.
